Use of the NIR LED Panel and Far Infrared Low EMF/ELF Sauna for up to 2 people for 1 hour.

Movement coaching with a focus on restoring health and increasing the body's longevity through the application of natural movement, strength and conditioning, mobility work, and the exploration of movement as play. For up to 4 people in a pod.

Hourly use of the movement space by up to 10 people, including use of gymnastics mats, rings, heavy bag, ketllebells, sand bags, and other fitness equipment. If your pod or group would like more directed time in the space with access to the warped wall and other climbing equipment please consider movement coaching geared at these advanced skills.
